Day 1: Fes Ifrane Cedar Forest- Midelt – Merzouga
We will pick you up from your hotel/riad at 8 and set off towards the middle atlas mountains passing through ifran known locally as “Switzerland of Morocco” due to its similarity to a Swiss alpine resort. We then head Midelt via the Cedar forest -largest in North Africa- and home to barbary monkies We’ll have an opportunity to feed them and take fascinating pictures. Before we get to Midelt, we’ll enjoy beautiful Berber mud villages, countryside, and landscapes that nature offers hara desert passing through the Atlas mountains at the impressive hidden oases of Ziz valley filled with palm trees. Some panoramic views here is a must do and time to relax, then drive all along the valley town, you’ll have the possibility to see fossils, the workshop using marbie is open to visitors Our first day of 4 Days Fes Marrakesh desert tour will lead us to the Sahara desert where you will spend your night in a hotel overlooking the golden dunes of Merzouga Midway, stop for lunch in Midelt. Continue traveling to the Ziz gorges. After a while, we arrive arrive in Arfoud- Fossil
Day 2: Sahara Desert Sightseeing Camel ride Camp.
After breakfast, we will begin our 4 Days Fes Marrakesh desert tour by an excursion for a half day in the Sahara to see the different parts of the desert We will start by visiting the only lake in the desert then head directly to the middie of the Sahara desert where some nomads still live , we will sip a cup of tea with them and see how they live, then, after we take the route where Rally Paris Dakar used to race, then we get to Mifis mines , time to visit them After, we head directly to Khamlia village that is inhabited by black Berber people originally from Mali, Niqer We wil have a chance to listen to their music and dance. Lunch in the town ( Berber Pizza). Then, we set off to visit an impressive oasis on the edge of dunes. After a rest, you will ride your camels crossing the golden dunes. Your camel guide will stop for you to see the magnificent sunset on top of a dune, then continue to the camp where you will be welcomed by a cup of tea After a delicious dinner, the fire will be lit and music will be played by nomads playing drums and entertain you under a starry sky.
day 3: Merzouga .Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
After enjoying one of the most beautiful sunrises in your life; you will ride camels back to meet your driver again. Leave the quietness of the immense desert and travel to the city of Rissani, once a major stopping place for the Saharan-caravans route; if it coincides the day markets which take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays we will have an opportunity to visit the souk the largest one in the region We then travel to Todra Gorges, a narrow vertical passage with vertical cliffs 300m high rising dramatically on each side, they are a popular destination for climbing lovers. Lunch in the town, then continues to Dades valley where you will see the fascinating rock formations known locally as ” monkies fingers ” as well as beautiful mud kasbahs; night in a hotel overlooking the valley
Day 4: Dades Valley Rose Town Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech
Today, we travel to El Kalaa Mgou’na or Rose town where over 400 tonnes rose petals are picked every spring to be processed into rosewater or exported to perfume industries. The festival of roses is held here every May. As we travel from Rose town to Skoura you will see so many kasbahs among the greenery of Dades valley The small town of Skoura is surrounded by thousands of palm groves and the most beautiful kasbahs in southerm Morocco are to be found here Continue our journey to Ouarzazate ” Hoilywood of Africa with the biggest cinema studios in Morocco, then to the most famous, filmed and photographed kasbah of Ait Benhaddou – A Unesco World Heritage site – We’ll have free time to visit it and have lunch in the vilage. After we head to Marrakesh via high atlas mountains (2260), admiring the impressive mountainous views and special Berber villages out dramatically on the mountain’s sides.. Arrive in Marrakesh in the evening
